Our terms and conditions are put in place by the board of directors at the Freeride Project.

The Freeride Project is committed to protecting the privacy and security to our web site visitors. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you, for example, arranging for delivery of a product.

We do not process your payments on our web site and do not store any of your financial details.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by PayPal and all payments, including debit/credit card payments, are processed through PayPal who are a worldwide- recognised company with industry-leading security. You can view PayPal’s privacy by clicking on the link on our checkout page.

When you view your shopping cart you are immediately transferred to PayPal to complete the checkout procedure.

The ‘Freeride Project’ is protected by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and whilst the Brand name is Trademarked; all designs and artistic creations; whether that be of an Visual / image or of a literacy nature are protected under the copyright laws of The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works an international agreement governing copyright reached in Switzerland in 1886. It is therefore illegal and a criminal offence to copy, download or screen shot any part of this web site without the companies’ authorisation.
